MediaMarkt Retention Check

This is a new landingpage made for MediaMarkt in which you can do a retention-check to see if you can get a new phone-subscription and/or phone. Each provider has it's own set of rules and fields that are required to perform the check, which the application toggles for each provider. When all info has been entered, the application will do a check in an existing backend-application to fetch and show the result (animated in a slotmachine-like fashion). Based on the outcome, extra recommendations are shown to the user.
